Boy Scout Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Information

Formed in 1910, the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is one of the nation’s largest organizations. There are currently about 2.4 million boy scouts and nearly a million adult volunteers. Almost since its founding, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Explorer Scouts have been sexually abused by Scoutmasters and other adult leaders. Since 1944, nearly 8,000 Boy Scout Leaders have been accused of sexual abuse. Details of the abuse and a black list of alleged molesters are contained in what is now known as the "Perversion Files". For over 100 years, the BSA has kept these files secret.

If you were abused by a leader of the Boy Scouts, you are an innocent victim. Pintas and Mullins will fight for your rights and make sure that the Boy Scouts and other organizations know that this behavior will not be tolerated ever again. You deserve justice and have earned the right to significant compensation.
